Winter Grief Circle
Many of us have experienced quite a bit of loss these last couple of years, including illness related death to life difficulties and the unexpected transitions that the pandemic propelled forward in our lives.
We have experienced a major collective loss that has yet to be fully named, in addition to our personal losses due to the pandemic.
From the…
✺ Death of loved ones.
✺ Inability to say goodbye.
✺ Physical symptoms due to illness.
✺ Plans or visions dissolving.
✺ Relationships ending.
✺ Loss of jobs.
✺ Major breakdowns and spiritual crisis.
✺ Big moves into the unknown that seem to be going on and on.
Just to name a few.
With all the losses that have come along, many of us have felt an increased sense of isolation within our hearts while trying to move forward, crafting some semblance of normalcy for our lives again.
While we each grieve the losses of our lives in our own way,
we aren’t meant to feel alone with our grief.
We need to know there are others.
We need to know we aren’t the only ones grieving.
We need to feel the presence of acknowledgement, compassion and care while we grieve.
This Winter grief circle is an intimate, heart-centered space that is curated for you
to receive deeper support and witnessing in your grief.
This grief circle is specific to...
any loss related to the pandemic or that took place during the pandemic
(see some examples listed above)
Each session includes a combination of group sharing, individual mentoring, guided meditation and soothing energy transmissions.
This is a process oriented group, so you might receive practices from me in the context of what would support you most individually, but this is not a group course or program.

"Not only do I feel lighter, but I have walked away with a deeper, much better understanding of my grief. I feel so empowered in how to care for myself when the grief comes." S.O., USA
