While Chiron is most known as the wounded healer, he also represents the unique pathway of individual awakening and reclamation of our divine light.
This is what allows us to transform ancestral lines of suffering in this life as his patterns in our chart are closely connected to the ancestral patterns we are meant to unwind.
He is an archetypal expression of our own personal gnosis, who we are as divine beings under all the scars.
Both animal and immortal, he experienced wounding to his animal self.
It was only through sacrificing his immortality that he became truly divine as he was immortalized as the constellation Sagittarius.
He shines on in the cosmos reminding us that we can discover our sacred essence, and reclaim our creative power and magic, once repressed out of self-protection, from the golden shadows of our wounding.
We can create beauty out of pain, and, even, be transformed by it into more truer, beautiful and freer expressions of who we are meant to be.
We don’t need to suffer in endless pursuit of healing.
We can be free and be liberated, exactly where and as we are.

This is what frees us from cycles of codependence, unconscious vows to suffering as a form of love and struggling to fully integrate the power of our own light when all we’ve learned is to see of ourselves as unworthy of our own love until we are healed enough.

I am a grief doula, psychospiritual mentor, ritual facilitator, initiated Dagara Diviner and Hungarian-American medicine woman with a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
My life's work has culminated in founding the Dreaming Awake Institute and Global Online Community. It is my vision to foster conscious, loving and generative spaces for grief tending, ancestral healing and recovering our sense of interdependent humanity through remembering both the healing technology of ritual and the spiritually transformative nature of grief.
